Sometimes we follow sometimes we lead.

When we are the follower how close to we pay attention to what lies beyond our leader? Do we only place our vision upon their rearend? What if they falter, what if they lead us to danger? Why then only look in front of thy nose? Follow at times- but remember to take responsibilty to see beyond the backend of the caboose!

When we lead do we lead in a manner fitting of the definition of a leader? We say march onward! Yet do we remember to look back and see who may be stumbling along the way and need our help? Ah yes the leader is responsible for much. Always being aware of not only what lies within the next beat... but from where we came and to whom is looking to us for guidance. A great weight a leader carries- but the greatest of all earthly leaders knows how to utilize the talents of his trusted mates to carry them all unto victory!

Sometimes the leader is not the one in the front, but the one in the back encouraging them to go faster and farther than they dreamed possible.
