Artist's Comments

A whispering dream blows gently across my lips
my skin is warmed by the deserts gaze
the blue of the sky is the canvas for a yellowing haze of sun
the red earth grains beneath my fading boots
breathe in
breathe out
the red curls blow across my face
the night has come
the evetide draws
the hawk gives cry
the coyote howls

moon risen.

I used to see windmills all over the place in the desert when I was little. The only one I've seen up here is the one my Dad put up to get off the grid at his place a few years ago.

Lovely shot, KL!
